Utilizing 3D design tools such as SolidWorks and Auto Desk Design Studio, we develop 3D design renderings for simple, as well as,complex parts. Linear and/or non-linear structural analysis software is used for validating the product designs. During the design phase,warp and cooling simulations are available to maximize mold efficiency, reduce part defects, and maintain costs within the specified budget.
